Project Manager (Web3)

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with a strong focus on delivery and client support to join our team. In this role, you will not only coordinate internal teams and processes but also act as the key link between clients and the company, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and a high-quality experience for every client.

 

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients during project delivery;
• Building trust-based relationships with clients and ensuring their needs and expectations are clearly understood;
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects run smoothly and deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards;
• Supporting smooth onboarding for new clients;
• Providing structured feedback between the team and clients, ensuring transparency at every stage;
• Proactively identifying risks, blockers, or misalignments and resolving them through clear communication and team coordination;
• Monitoring project progress, maintaining reporting documentation, and ensuring alignment with client expectations;
• Supporting client satisfaction and contributing to long-term partnership success.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role with delivery/client-facing responsibilities (agencies, service companies, startups);
• Experience in digital marketing or managing marketing-related projects;
• Strong organizational and communication skills - you know how to keep both clients and teams aligned;
• Ability to manage and coordinate teams;
• Solid understanding or personal interest in cryptocurrencies & Web3;
• Excellent English — B2+, both written and spoken (daily communication with international clients);
• Analytical mindset, structured approach, and the ability to set priorities in a multitasking environment;
• Proactivity, attention to detail, and ownership over project outcomes.
