Odoo Analyst/Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Analyst/Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP solutions for companies ranging from SMEs to mid-market organizations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Odoo, and domain knowledge in Retail, Wholesale Distribution, E-commerce, and Manufacturing, and plays an active role in discovery and implementation phases while collaborating with both clients and internal teams.

Does this relate to you?

• 2+ years of proven experience in Odoo implementation.
• Domain expertise in Retail, Wholesale Distribution, E-commerce, or Manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in the discovery phase is required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with SMEs and mid-market companies, with knowledge of their specific operational challenges.
• Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Odoo certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to work partially or fully aligned with the EST (Eastern Standard Time) time zone.
• Familiarity with Odoo technical architecture (Python, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
• Experience with other ERP platforms or supply chain systems is a plus.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Participate in discovery sessions to understand client requirements and pain points, especially in supply chain and operational workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to tailor Odoo modules to business needs.
• Assist in functional testing, user training, and go-live support.
• Provide post-launch functional support and identify areas for optimization.
• Maintain detailed documentation of business processes and system customizations.
• Serve as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
