Lead Generation Manager (Upwork focus) to $1500 Offline
Binary Future — a fast-growing software development company with Ukrainian roots and a global remote team — is looking for a Lead Generation Manager to strengthen our sales department.
What we're looking for:
— 1+ year of experience in lead generation on Upwork (required);
— Experience with automation tools like Getmany, Gigradar, or similar (preferred);
— Excellent written English (B2+) is a must;
— Understanding of web development terminology is a big plus;
— Previous sales experience in any field is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
— Active lead generation via Upwork and other platforms;
— Conducting market research and identifying potential clients;
— Creating and personalizing bid templates and outreach messages;
— Running outbound email campaigns;
— Pre-qualifying leads and collaborating with the sales manager during negotiations.
