Paid Social Specialist

We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Social Specialist with solid experience launching and running campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and X Ads. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and managing campaigns, ad sets, and creatives based on the company’s strategy and media plans, using both in-platform reporting data and our in-house analytics reports. If you bring ideas or suggestions to the table, that’s always a welcome bonus. You’ll be part of a collaborative marketing team, executing and optimizing paid social campaigns to drive performance and meet KPIs across platforms.

This role requires practical platform knowledge, attention to detail, understanding of how platforms’ algorithms work, and the ability to follow a structure while executing flawlessly.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Paid Social advertising (5+ years with Meta Ads, 2+ years of experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and X Ads).
  • 3+ years in managing ads for DTC eCommerce.
  • Able to execute a Paid Social strategy based on the company’s goals and strategy.
  • Knows how to set up and manage campaigns on all levels (campaign, ad set, ad).
  • Understands how Paid Social platforms’ algorithms work.
  • Has experience launching LAL, catalog, remarketing, and retention campaigns with various targeting settings and objectives.
  • Can master Meta Ads Reporting & read Google Sheets pivot reports to analyze advertising efficiency and make optimization & scaling decisions.
  • Knows how various attribution models work, and their pros & cons.
  • Analytical mindset (able to make decisions based on data and interpret the numbers, knows how to use the main KPIs and how they are calculated: CPM, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPO, CAC, AOV, ROAS, etc.
  • Able to onboard fast to get an understanding of the business and products, and to advertise our products in the best way.
  • Able to define the scope of work to be done based on the company’s vision, goals & priorities..
  • Able to iterate fast to test hypotheses within reasonable time frames and prove results with data.
  • Advanced/fluent in English: excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with an enthusiasm for the DTC & Advertising industries.
  • Critical thinking, goal-oriented, with a positive attitude, and high energy.
  • Ability to follow directions and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage & constantly optimize ad campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and X.
  • Execute a Paid Social strategy and day-to-day tasks.
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Prepare and launch advertising campaigns.
  • Scaling campaigns to increase market coverage.
  • Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and implementation of new ideas.
  • Request & approval of advertising assets with other team members & stakeholders (Designer, Creative Writer, etc.).
  • Work with data analysis and reporting.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest Paid Social trends and algorithm changes.
