About the Project

We’re building a cutting-edge cloud-native platform designed to streamline identity governance and access control for enterprise environments. As a member of our collaborative and cross-functional Scrum team, you’ll contribute to the development of key product features, enhance system scalability, and work on complex integrations tailored for global enterprise clients. You’ll have the opportunity to influence architecture decisions, implement best practices, and help shape a secure and efficient solution that meets the demands of large-scale, mission-critical environments.

Team & Process

  • Team size: ~10 (developers, QA, PM)
  • Methodology: Scrum, 2-week sprints, 6-week release cadence
  • Code reviews, clear documentation, and collaborative planning
     

     

Responsibilities:

β€” Design, develop, and test new features using C# (.NET)

β€” Collaborate with team members across development, QA, and product

β€” Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and regular releases (6-week cycles)

β€” Integrate with cloud-native components and services

β€” Optionally contribute to frontend development using React

β€” Ensure high code quality through peer reviews, testing, and documentation
 

 

Requirements

β€” 5+ years of experience in software development with C#;

β€” Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release processes;

β€” Experience building or working with cloud-native applications (Azure/AWS is a plus);
β€” Familiarity with React.js or willingness to learn;
β€” Previous experience in Agile/Scrum teams;
β€” Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.

 

Nice to Have

β€” Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions;

β€” Exposure to SaaS environments or multi-tenant architectures;

β€” Comfortable with DevOps practices and tools.
