Client-Facing Project Manager (Account Ownership Focus)

Remote | Full-time

We’re looking for a Project Manager who is ready to step into a hybrid role combining project delivery oversight and account ownership. You’ll lead long-term client relationships and grow business value while enabling your team — including existing PM Assistants — to scale delivery operations efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in trusted client partnerships, understands the balance between delivering health and financial outcomes, and is eager to take ownership of business growth on a key account.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for a key international client

     
  • Drive delivery health: stability, on-time releases, and client satisfaction

     
  • Identify and act on opportunities to increase revenue and efficiency

     
  • Enable and mentor PM Assistants to take over day-to-day operations

     
  • Track and report on project margin, risks, and delivery performance

     
  • Facilitate regular strategic check-ins with both the client and internal team

     
  • Maintain visibility without micromanaging — empower the team while staying in control

     

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or client delivery roles

     
  • Proven experience working directly with international clients

     
  • Strong delegation and mentoring skills

     
  • Understanding of financial metrics such as revenue, margin, and scope impact

     
  • Experience managing distributed teams (developers, QA, designers)

     
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace

     
  • Fluent English (B2+/C1) — confident in strategic conversations

     
  • Proactive, structured, and emotionally resilient

     

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in account management or upselling within delivery roles

     
  • Background in managing multiple projects in parallel

     
  • Interest in product thinking and improving delivery models

     
  • Exposure to tools like dashboards, reporting automation, or low-code platforms
