We are hiring a Head of Affiliate Marketing to lead and expand our affiliate program. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, has a deep network in the iGaming industry, and can manage both partner relations and team growth.
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Reach out to online casino brands and affiliate programs to initiate high-value partnerships
  • Negotiate and close complex CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals with a focus on long-term scalability and profitability
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with affiliate managers, networks, and key decision-makers
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate campaign performance, identify revenue opportunities, and drive continuous optimization
  • Lead the development and implementation of affiliate workflows, reporting standards, and partnership playbooks
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, content, and product teams to ensure alignment on monetization strategies and traffic flows
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, GEO performance shifts, competitor offers, and emerging acquisition strategies
  • Represent the affiliate department internally and externally, ensuring its integration within the wider growth roadmap
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing affiliate team, driving ownership and accountability across key markets

     

Your Success Will Be Measured By:

  • Volume and quality of partnerships closed, particularly in Tier 1 markets
  • Revenue generated per traffic source and its growth over time
  • Retention, performance, and satisfaction of affiliate partners
  • Strategic expansion into new GEOs, verticals, or acquisition channels
  • Efficiency and scalability of affiliate operations and internal processes
  • Leadership impact β€” ability to inspire, scale, and structure a best-in-class affiliate unit

     

We’re Looking For Someone With:

  • Proven experience in iGaming affiliate management, with a track record of leading successful affiliate programs
  • A solid network of contacts with online casino brands, affiliate programs, and media buyers
  • Deep understanding of traffic quality, conversion flows, user value (LTV), and monetization mechanics
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in a B2B context, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, analyze data, and translate it into commercial action
  • Experience in managing teams, setting priorities, and driving results across remote, cross-functional environments
