Writer + SMM Specialist

Project: New startup for babysitters & parents

We are launching an exciting startup aimed at connecting babysitters and parents in a trusted and innovative way. To support this mission, we're looking for a talented Writer + SMM Specialist who combines the creativity of a content writer with the precision of a digital marketer.

What will you do

• Create engaging content for social media, landing pages, email campaigns, and blog posts focused on parenting, childcare, and safe babysitting
  
   
• Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  
   
• Follow and help execute the marketing plan in collaboration with the team
  
   
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  
   
• Communicate with users via comments, direct messages, and social media engagement
  
   
• Track performance of campaigns and social media activity, prepare basic reports and insights
  
   
• Collaborate closely with designers and developers to ensure messaging consistency across the platform
  
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management
  
   
• Strong writing skills in English (some German is a plus)
  
   
• Understanding of basic marketing principles and tools (campaign planning, targeting, A/B testing)
  
   
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or similar platforms
  
   
• Experience working with startups or in a fast-paced environment is a plus
  
   
• Ability to follow directions and adapt content to match our brand voice and strategy
  
   
• Self-organized, proactive, and curious about the parenting & childcare niche
  
   

Nice to Have

 

• Familiarity with SEO basics
• Experience communicating with user communities
