We’re looking for employee with proven management experience or a strong desire to take on a leadership position. You’ll be responsible not only for marketing strategy and execution, but also for building efficient processes and ensuring team performance.

⚡️You are a perfect fit if you have:
🔸Experience in team management: previous leadership experience or active participation in team coordination
🔸Motivation to take ownership and grow into a leadership role: willingness to lead a team of marketing specialists in the near future
🔸At least 2 years of experience in Amazon or other e-commerce marketplaces
🔸Experience in marketing: an understanding of the processes of optimizing and updating offers
🔸Analytical skills: ability to quickly analyze data and identify problem areas
🔸Knowledge of PPC and SEO: experience with keywords and an understanding of SEO basics
🔸Teamwork skills: experience collaborating with different departments such as design and copywriting
🔸Flexibility and speed: the ability to make changes and adapt to new environments quickly
🔸Experience with the US market: understanding of the audience specifics and marketing strategies for the US target audience
🔸English proficiency: Intermediate level or above (to work with English-language materials and team)
🎯Responsibilities:
🔹Strategic planning: Set priorities, define goals, and align the team's efforts with overall business objectives
🔹Optimize existing product listings
🔹Analyze current listings: examine their performance and identify problem areas
🔹Conduct keyword analysis: collaborate with the PPC team to collect and analyze keywords
🔹Work with account manager: gain insights on competitors and niche
🔹Analyze competitors: study changes in competitor listings and reviews
🔹Create Terms of Reference (TOR): create TOR for copywriters and designers based on the analysis
🔹Work with copywriter and designer: oversee the process of creating and updating listings, and conduct final approvals
🔹Publish and monitor: submit the finished listing for publication and follow up on the success of optimizations
🔹Keep records and analyze metrics: capture changes in a Google Spreadsheet, track metrics (conversion, CTR)
🔹Make quick adjustments to listings: edit design and composition to improve efficiency
