CRM Retention Manager

The product is an online slots casino where users can participate in prize draws, play a variety of games, and win real rewards. Our platform is built on the basis of advanced technologies and complies with all US laws.
The ideal candidate has:
- 2+ year of experience in Email Marketing;
- Еxperience with tier 1 markets;
- Еxperience in gambling will be plus ;
- English Upper-Intermediate or higher;
- Great attention to detail.
Main tasks:
- Research and analysis of the user base to create the most relevant offers;
- Development of personalized offers for users depending on their lifecycle (LTV) - onboarding, development, retention, return;
- Conducting A/B testing of business hypotheses on the product;
- Initial evaluation of test results and decision-making based on analysis;
- Formation of requirements for related departments for retention campaigns;
- Product optimization to increase customer profitability;
- Regular analysis of competitors to ensure the relevance of offers;
- Building an effective retention strategy for an online casino brand that covers multichannels: emails, push notifications, SMS, messengers.
