We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Talent Sourcer to help us find the best talent in UI/UX, 3D, and technology. The ideal candidate is proficient in advanced sourcing techniques, able to build long-term relationships with candidates, and has an analytical mindset.
 
โšซ๏ธ Requirements:
 
๐Ÿพ Upper-intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken); 
๐Ÿพ Previous experience as a Recruiter, preferably in tech industry;
๐Ÿพ Proven expertise in sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search and professional networks;
๐Ÿพ Strong relationship-building skills with ability to promote opportunities and handle candidate objections effectively;
๐Ÿพ Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities;
๐Ÿพ Self-motivated team player comfortable working independently;
๐Ÿพ Experience with ATS/HRM systems.
 

โšซ๏ธ Responsibilities:
 
๐Ÿพ Source and attract global talents, working closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create effective hiring strategies;
๐ŸพConduct interviews. 
๐Ÿพ Manage candidate pipelines through ATS and other recruitment tools, ensuring thorough documentation of the recruiting process;
๐Ÿพ Implement diverse sourcing methods to identify exceptional candidates across multiple regions;
๐Ÿพ Develop and refine sourcing strategies in collaboration with hiring teams, adapting approaches based on results and market conditions;
๐Ÿพ Maintain an active talent pool for both current openings and future hiring needs; 
๐Ÿพ Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient candidate progression through the interview process;
๐Ÿพ Monitor industry trends and conduct regular market research to optimize sourcing approaches and stay competitive in talent acquisition.

๐Ÿพ Experience with UI/UX/3D positions.
