We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Talent Sourcer to help us find the best talent in UI/UX, 3D, and technology. The ideal candidate is proficient in advanced sourcing techniques, able to build long-term relationships with candidates, and has an analytical mindset.
โซ๏ธ Requirements:
๐พ Upper-intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken);
๐พ Previous experience as a Recruiter, preferably in tech industry;
๐พ Proven expertise in sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search and professional networks;
๐พ Strong relationship-building skills with ability to promote opportunities and handle candidate objections effectively;
๐พ Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities;
๐พ Self-motivated team player comfortable working independently;
๐พ Experience with ATS/HRM systems.
โซ๏ธ Responsibilities:
๐พ Source and attract global talents, working closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create effective hiring strategies;
๐พConduct interviews.
๐พ Manage candidate pipelines through ATS and other recruitment tools, ensuring thorough documentation of the recruiting process;
๐พ Implement diverse sourcing methods to identify exceptional candidates across multiple regions;
๐พ Develop and refine sourcing strategies in collaboration with hiring teams, adapting approaches based on results and market conditions;
๐พ Maintain an active talent pool for both current openings and future hiring needs;
๐พ Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient candidate progression through the interview process;
๐พ Monitor industry trends and conduct regular market research to optimize sourcing approaches and stay competitive in talent acquisition.
