Microsoft 365 System Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 System Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on enhancing our endpoint and device management strategies through Microsoft Intune and driving the implementation of best practices across the Microsoft 365 environment. You will play a critical part in ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable workplace infrastructure for our users.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive device management strategies using Microsoft Intune.
• Configure and maintain Intune policies: Windows Hello for Business, role-based access, software deployment, update management, and device compliance.
• Strengthen security posture by implementing Microsoft-recommended Attack Surface Reduction (ASR) rules.
• Collaborate with IT Helpdesk and user groups to gather feedback and improve the endpoint management experience.
• Drive automation initiatives to optimize routine IT operations using scripting and modern tools.

• Contribute to the rollout of the Zero Trust security model across the enterprise.

   

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Security & Compliance Center, Intune, and the M365 Admin Portal.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD), including Azure AD Connect, MFA, and SSO implementations.
• Solid understanding of security best practices within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., SCCM, Endpoint Manager, etc.).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104) are a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of other operating systems: macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS.
