Trainee/Junior UI/UX Designer

Introduction

We’re looking for a Trainee/Junior UI/UX Designer who can think critically, takes responsibility for their work, and has a genuine desire to grow.

This role is a great starting point for those who want to learn by doing, work with real cases, and see their ideas come to life in actual products.

At LANARS, you won’t be left alone with Figma. We work side by side — through conversations, feedback, questions, and experiments. We support, but don’t micromanage. We listen, but also expect accountability. It’s not about knowing everything — it’s about being curious, thoughtful, and honest in finding solutions. Curious? Keep reading!

  • Willingness to learn how to work with design systems.

What we offer

  • Flexible work schedule (on-site in Dnipro).
  • Medical insurance.
  • 18–24 paid vacation days + public holidays.
  • 5 additional paid days off for recovery when needed.
  • Paid sick leave.
  • Financial support for professional development (courses, certifications).
