We are looking for a creative and motivated person to join our team as a Junior Web and Data Specialist who will be responsible for integration, setup and development of various tracking, analytics and reporting platforms for our clients. You’ll also be responsible for managing content updates and structural improvements within the FirstSpirit CMS, supporting high-quality digital marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tracking tools and pixels via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4);
- Prepare both predefined and custom marketing reports;
- Clean, enrich, and organize contact and company data using tools like Apollo or ZoomInfo;
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and key metrics;
- Combine and process data from various sources (primarily in CSV format);
- Build, test, and manage email and nurture workflows;
- Maintain and update website content using the FirstSpirit CMS;
- Implement new content and updates according to the project timeline;
- Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues within the CMS.
Requirements:
- Up to 1 year of experience;
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing;
- Clear understanding of digital marketing metrics;
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google spreadsheets (sorting, basic formulas (SUM, COUNTIF), and pivot-table basics);
- Obsessive attention to detail; you spot the rogue UTM;
- Curious to learn new tools quickly; asks “why” before clicking;
- English language - Intermediate+
You will perfectly fit our team if you have:
- Google Analytics Certification (any);
- Experience with some popular CRM;
- Intro-level HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Basic familiarity with one email or automation platform (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Zapier, Make, etc.)—you’ve at least built one newsletter/automation.
- Have experience with n8n.
