Our ideal candidate has a strong background in recruiting and is eager to expand their expertise across all HR functions, or has experience working in administrative roles and is looking to develop into an HR generalist role.
 

Our expectations

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, initial selection, interviewing candidates for open vacancies, and offering consulting to hiring managers.
  • Provide support to newcomers during the relocation and adaptation period.
  • Oversee the onboarding and exit processes for all new hires and leavers.
  • Conducting 1:1 interviews and providing updates to management.
  • Organizing corporate events for different teams and the whole office.
  • Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and systems.
  • Experience in the recruitment agency will be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Written and spoken English at the advanced level or above.
  • Ability to analyze information, make conclusions, identify risks, and offer solutions.
