CRM Manager – Casino & Sports
We’re looking for a CRM Manager with experience in casino and/or sports betting to lead user lifecycle campaigns, drive retention, and boost engagement across both verticals. If you're data-savvy, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full player lifecycle: activation, retention, reactivation.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, messengers).
- Segment players and personalize offers based on user behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage.
- Coordinate campaign timing around key sports events and casino promotions.
- Collaborate with product, content, design, and tech teams to deliver high-impact user journeys.
- Analyze key KPIs: Retention Rate, LTV, ARPPU, GGR, Bonus Cost, Churn Rate, and optimize accordingly.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to evolve CRM strategy and increase player loyalty.
- Ensure full compliance with responsible gaming standards and regional regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM / Lifecycle Marketing, ideally in the iGaming, online casino, or sports betting space.
- Understanding of player behavior, campaign personalization, and customer segmentation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Customer.io, OneSignal, Twilio).
- Experience working with BI tools to analyze campaign performance and user data.
- Strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset.
English – Upper-Intermediate or higher is required. - Spanish is a strong plus.
- Experience with GR8Tech Sportsbook Platform is a plus.
