Sales Representative Offline

Come Back Agency is a dynamic company uniting top specialists in the digital field. As our company grows and our client base expands, we are seeking a motivated Sales Manager for the US market to join our expanding team.

The Sales Manager plays a critical role in achieving our goals of attracting new clients, increasing revenue, maintaining competitiveness, and ensuring a high-quality first point of contact for potential customers. We are looking for a highly adaptable, driven individual to join our team.

Working hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM EET. The position involves communication with clients from US time zone.

Requirements:

• Experience working with various sales channels in the US market;
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Proven experience in client-facing roles;
• Knowledge of modern business communication principles;
• Detail-oriented with strong time and resource management skills;

• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.

   

Responsibilities:

• Conducting business correspondence, video conferences, and presentations for potential clients;
• Organizing and leading client meetings;
• Managing customer payments and contracts, maintaining records of sales interactions;

• Preparing and delivering sales reports and statistics, including inquiries, opportunities, meetings, proposals, and contracts.

   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in lead generation;
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Docs, Trello, or similar task management tools;
• Previous experience as a sales manager in a digital agency (strongly preferred);
• Proficiency in generating leads using additional sources and tools;

• Business analysis skills.
