Crunch is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Outbound Specialist to lead and elevate our outbound lead generation efforts across the US, UK, and EU markets. You will design, execute, and optimize outbound strategies, manage and mentor a high-performing team, and leverage advanced automation tools to drive business growth.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and experiment with new lead search strategies to expand outbound reach.
  • Participate in creating new Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for B2B lead generation campaigns.
  • Implement automation workflows using tools like n8n to enrich data, trigger sequences, and sync CRM updates.
  • Utilize LLM-powered AI tools for personalized messaging, subject lines, and micro-copy at scale.
  • Generate and nurture leads through LinkedIn, email, corporate and private messaging channels.
  • Analyze challenges and continuously improve lead generation processes.
  • Enhance lead generation services to support and accelerate the sales process.
  • Explore new communication channels to reach potential leads.
  • Clearly communicate Crunch’s value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the lead generation team.
     

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Lead Generation professional in US/UK/EU IT markets.
  • Background in custom software development companies (IT consulting, outsourcing, nearshoring).
  • Experience working with startups, SMBs, and enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of the sales funnel and outbound sales process.
  • Expertise with modern prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hubspot, Clay, CrunchBase).
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and provide effective solutions.
  • Proven experience building, mentoring, and managing lead generation teams (5–10 people).
  • Strong management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher.
