Product Operations Manager
Job Summary
We are an innovative startup building a cutting-edge, secure, and responsible CS2/CS:GO Skin Gambling and Casino Platform. We're passionate about creating a thrilling, fair, and compliant entertainment experience for gamers. As we transition from development to launch, we require a versatile and driven Product Operations Manager to bridge the gap between building the product and successfully bringing it to market.
This unique role combines the critical disciplines of Product Operations, Product/Project Management, and Product Growth for our brand-new platform. You will play a crucial role in establishing the operational backbone during development, ensuring a seamless and high-performing launch and ongoing growth. You'll own the processes, tools, and cross-functional coordination needed to launch and run the platform effectively, with a strong emphasis on compliance and user safety.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Growth, Product/Project Management, or similar roles within a high-growth B2C tech startup/product in the iGaming/Gambling industry.
- Proven experience and expertise in the Online Gambling, iGaming, and CS2/CS:GO Skin Gambling ecosystem is a must.
- Proven experience building and scaling operational processes and systems from the ground up, preferably for early-stage igaming/gambling startups.
- Hands-on experience in building KPI systems and performance tracking.
- Systems thinking and the ability to navigate between portfolio, project, and team-level processes.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the entire lifecycle of a product, from ideation to market launch and beyond.
- Knowledge of project and product management methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of billing systems, customer support, CRM operations, and risk/fraud management.
- Passion for gaming, esports, and the CS2/CS:GO community.
- Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English for technical collaboration in a remote/global team setting.
- Ability to work within the CET/EET time zone.

Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership of key operational areas of our gambling platform.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of multiple departments - operations, legal, finance, customer support, and CRM teams - while building performance processes and ensuring results through clear KPIs.
- Build and implement a system of KPIs for each team.
- Structure effective partnerships with external stakeholders and third-party providers.
- Partner with engineering, design, hr, recruitment, and marketing teams and product leadership across the company to ensure seamless operations and accurate data.
- Create and maintain operational documents, spreadsheets, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and informed business decisions.
- Collect and analyze team feedback to improve internal processes and services.
- Implement tools and automations to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; lead process improvements and workflow optimization.
