We need a Media Buyer with proven experience in launching Facebook or Native advertising campaigns.

🧠 Required Experience & Skills:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the Nutra vertical
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in Nutra
Proven ability to effectively manage a team of 3+ members
Ability to motivate the team to meet and exceed KPIs
Understanding of how to work with Facebook Ads or Native Ads
Deep knowledge of key metrics: CPC, CTR, CR, AR, IP
Ability to analyze campaigns and draw insights from performance data
Experience working with multiple ad accounts
Proficiency in tools such as Octo / Fbtool / Binom
Basic skills in Photoshop / Canva

Optimize internal Facebook team processes to boost performance
Lead by example by demonstrating effective methods and strategies to inspire and improve team results
Search, test, and scale new traffic sources and partnerships
Provide regular reporting and analytics to leadership
