About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Retention Manager to lead the charge in creating impactful customer retention strategies, driving engagement, and increasing LTV. If you are passionate about data-driven decision-making, building effective campaigns, and enhancing customer loyalty, this role is for you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Retention Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven retention and reactivation strategies to maximize customer LTV and minimize churn.
  • Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, Web Push, Telegram bots) to engage targeted customer segments.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Build and manage lifecycle-based communication flows to improve customer engagement at every stage.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends and create strategies that align with KPIs such as retention rate, loyalty rate, MAU, ARPU, and churn.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing specialists, using tools like Jira.
  • Automation and Optimization: Automate promotional and trigger campaigns, implement A/B tests, and ensure ongoing campaign improvements.
  • Technical Expertise: Configure and maintain email deliverability standards (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, DNS) and manage domain reputation.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed monthly reports and analysis on campaign performance, customer retention, and achieving KPIs.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackle complex issues and assist colleagues in resolving challenges, ensuring seamless operations.

     

Requirements

  • Proven experience 4+ years in iGaming, B2C casino in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM management.
  • Expertise in multi-channel campaign management (Email, WhatsApp, Web Push, Telegram).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs like churn rate, retention rate, and LTV.
  • Proficiency with tools like Tableau, Mailgun, Bird, Mailchimp, Stripo, Google Postmaster, Google Analytics, Mxtoolbox, and custom CRMs.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and automation tools.
  • Strong technical understanding of DNS configurations (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) and domain reputation management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead initiatives independently and deliver visible results.
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of achieving measurable growth and retention results.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Bard, or Microsoft Copilot for campaign optimization.
