HR, Recruitment Manager
๐ Role Overview
Peanut Trade, a leading proprietary trading firm and fair MEV market maker, is expanding its operational team.
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR & Recruitment Manager who will help us build and maintain a strong, effective, and scalable organization through well-structured recruitment and HR processes.
This role combines the full HR cycle for both recruitment and core people operations tasks: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, L&D, HR analytics, employee engagement, and policy creation.
You will closely collaborate with the leadership team and have access to additional resources (people & tools) if needed.
๐ Key responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
โข Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback management
โข Build and maintain talent pipelines across Sales, Business Development, Trading, Dev, and Operations roles
โข Manage hiring platforms (Djinni, LinkedIn, and others)
โข Run outreach campaigns, talent mapping and active search
โข Manage interview process, coordinate with hiring managers, and conduct reference checks
HR & People Operations
โข Create, maintain and optimize internal HR processes and documentation (with the support of the legal and financial departments)
โข Manage onboarding / offboarding processes
โข Build basic HR analytics and reporting
โข Support team engagement, feedback loops and performance management processes
โข Participate in defining company culture, internal communication standards, and policy creation
Process Building
โข Propose and implement improvements for the recruiting funnel
โข Help structure job descriptions, competency frameworks and hiring scorecards
โข Assist leadership in ongoing HR projects as the company scales
๐ Requirements
โข 1+ year of relevant strategic and hands-on recruitment/HR/people operations experience (crypto/fintech/IT is preferred)
โข Understanding of HR & recruitment policies, compliance and documentation standards
โข Strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
โข Structured, disciplined, highly organized work style
โข Solid communication skills
โข Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
โข English โ Intermediate or higher
