HR, Recruitment Manager

๐Ÿ“ Role Overview
Peanut Trade, a leading proprietary trading firm and fair MEV market maker, is expanding its operational team.

 

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR & Recruitment Manager who will help us build and maintain a strong, effective, and scalable organization through well-structured recruitment and HR processes.

 

This role combines the full HR cycle for both recruitment and core people operations tasks: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, L&D, HR analytics, employee engagement, and policy creation.

 

You will closely collaborate with the leadership team and have access to additional resources (people & tools) if needed.

 

๐Ÿ“ Key responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
โ€ข Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback management
โ€ข Build and maintain talent pipelines across Sales, Business Development, Trading, Dev, and Operations roles
โ€ข Manage hiring platforms (Djinni, LinkedIn, and others)
โ€ข Run outreach campaigns, talent mapping and active search
โ€ข Manage interview process, coordinate with hiring managers, and conduct reference checks

 

HR & People Operations
โ€ข Create, maintain and optimize internal HR processes and documentation (with the support of the legal and financial departments)
โ€ข Manage onboarding / offboarding processes
โ€ข Build basic HR analytics and reporting
โ€ข Support team engagement, feedback loops and performance management processes
โ€ข Participate in defining company culture, internal communication standards, and policy creation

 

Process Building
โ€ข Propose and implement improvements for the recruiting funnel
โ€ข Help structure job descriptions, competency frameworks and hiring scorecards
โ€ข Assist leadership in ongoing HR projects as the company scales

 

๐Ÿ“ Requirements
โ€ข 1+ year of relevant strategic and hands-on recruitment/HR/people operations experience (crypto/fintech/IT is preferred)
โ€ข Understanding of HR & recruitment policies, compliance and documentation standards
โ€ข Strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
โ€ข Structured, disciplined, highly organized work style
โ€ข Solid communication skills
โ€ข Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
โ€ข English โ€” Intermediate or higher
