Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex product functionality into clear content for various formats, including sales presentations, one-pagers, announcements in the product, etc.
  • Plan and participate in executing the go-to-market strategies of new features/products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to understand business goals, user needs, and product capabilities.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity in product messaging across all channels.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define product positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions that align with market demands and clearly communicate product benefits.
  • Collect feedback and work with analytics from the website/product to monitor feature/product adoption and customer engagement to inform ongoing marketing strategy and product development.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a PMM role or related one, ideally with a B2B product
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher, showing strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer segmentation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Ability to translate technical product features into clear and compelling messaging tailored to different audiences.
  • Experience planning and executing product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in conducting market and competitor research and applying insights to product strategy.
  • Proactive, responsible, and open-minded approach to work.

 

As a plus:

- Technical background with previous experience as PO/PM/BA or Sales

- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Marketing/Business or related fields

- Experience in E-Procurement or Hospitality domains
