Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Translate complex product functionality into clear content for various formats, including sales presentations, one-pagers, announcements in the product, etc.
- Plan and participate in executing the go-to-market strategies of new features/products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to understand business goals, user needs, and product capabilities.
- Ensure consistency and clarity in product messaging across all channels.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define product positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions that align with market demands and clearly communicate product benefits.
- Collect feedback and work with analytics from the website/product to monitor feature/product adoption and customer engagement to inform ongoing marketing strategy and product development.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a PMM role or related one, ideally with a B2B product
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher, showing strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer segmentation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Ability to translate technical product features into clear and compelling messaging tailored to different audiences.
- Experience planning and executing product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in conducting market and competitor research and applying insights to product strategy.
- Proactive, responsible, and open-minded approach to work.
As a plus:
- Technical background with previous experience as PO/PM/BA or Sales
- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Marketing/Business or related fields
- Experience in E-Procurement or Hospitality domains
