💼 Position: Developer, full-time for 3 months with a possibility of prolongation

 About the Company

We're a small team of four, working closely with design and communications agencies that complement us. The company has over 100 clients across Norway, ranging from startups to major corporations. Our clients come from industries such as fisheries, tourism, construction, manufacturing, the public sector, culture, and Sámi organizations.

We primarily work with WordPress as the base, but often build things from scratch to deliver exciting solutions that create real value. We also experiment with other CMSs, React Native apps, a bit of IoT, and more.

 The Position

Due to increased workload, we’re looking for a Senior Developer who wants to help shape and further develop our projects and create digital experiences with lasting value.

• Take responsibility for both frontend and backend work in varied projects

• Influence tech stack and architectural decisions

 We’re looking for someone who has:

• Solid experience in both frontend and backend development
• A keen eye for design and user experience
• The ability to take ownership of projects and work independently
• Experience with agile development and cross-functional teams
• An understanding that semantic code and accessibility are important — for both people and search engines
• Basic knowledge of GDPR, Google Analytics, and SEO
• Familiarity with or experience in some of our tech stack:
  WordPress, Craft CMS, Next.js, React, React Native, Expo, OpenAI, Figma, Git, WP Engine, Vercel, Webflow, Firebase, Firestore, Sanity, PHP, Python, JavaScript, Webpack, Vite, Node, SQL, and more AI tools

 Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum a bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency English for work communication
