Marketing Designer Offline

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Designer to join our Marketing team.

 

Team Composition

  • Marketing Lead
  • UI Lead (part-time)
  • Copywriter (currently hiring)
  • PR Manager (currently hiring)
  • UI/UX Designer (part-time)

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Brand-Aligned Design: Create engaging marketing visuals that maintain consistency with the brand’s tone, color palette, typography, and illustration style.
  • Marketing Assets Creation: Design slide decks, digital banners, social media visuals, and landing graphics for ongoing and one-time campaigns.
  • Interactive Design Support: Collaborate on building interactive visual experiences that support storytelling and user engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and project leads to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Visual Consistency: Maintain and evolve visual identity rules, documenting design decisions to ensure scalable design delivery.

     

Role Requirements

  • Figma — confident use of frames, components, auto layout, shared libraries, prototyping, and file organization for marketing design purposes.
  • Strong understanding of UI design principles — including spacing, alignment, balance, visual hierarchy, and layout composition.
  • Proficiency in color theory and typography — ability to create visually engaging materials that align with branding and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with branding systems — working with brand books, grids, and templates to ensure consistency across marketing assets.
  • Basic animation/motion skills — understanding of how to create animated banners or interactive slides (using Figma, Lottie, or After Effects is a plus).
  • Image editing and asset preparation — basic proficiency in Photoshop or similar tools for cropping, retouching, and formatting visuals.
  • Exporting for multi-platform use — preparing assets for web, mobile, presentations (PDF/Slides), and social media formats.
  • Excellent communication skills (English B2+)

 

Nice to have

  • Experience in Fintech or Medtech industries — understanding of visual standards, tone, and compliance considerations when designing materials for regulated or data-driven industries. Familiarity with how trust, clarity, and innovation are communicated visually in these domains.
  • Hands-on experience creating brand books — ability to structure and formalize branding rules, including logo usage, typography, color palettes, iconography, and component systems into clear, usable brand guidelines.
  • Experience designing marketing proposals and pitch decks — ability to translate complex product ideas and business narratives into clear, persuasive, and visually compelling presentations for clients, partners, or investors.

     

Daily schedule

Our company supports work-life balance and allows you to tailor your schedule, which consists of 8 working hours and time for lunch. This position requires availability until 8PM EU timezone. 

 

Ad hoc meetings:

  • Any unplanned meetings organized depending on team circumstances and needs; usually flexible in time and/or agreed among the participants.

 

Interview Process

  1. Portfolio Review
  2. Intro call with Recruiter (up to 45 minutes)
  3. Interview with the Hiring Manager and Marketing Design Specialist (up to 60 minutes)
  4. Test Task (1-2 hours)
  5. Test Task Review Call (optional)
