Senior UX/UI Designer (offline)

Required skills
— Foundation built on UX design practices and methodology
— Strong grasp of design principles, information design, typography, color, iconography and layout
— Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure and other prototyping and sketching tools
— Ability to run usability testing and analysis throughout projects to get deeper understanding of the requirements and gaps
— Experience/Understanding of HTML, CSS, and jQuery is a plus
— Ability to work with constructive criticism as well as adhere to deadlines
— A work style that is extremely detail oriented
— Excellent communication in English, with an ability to present and gather feedback from various parties

Responsibilities
— Discovering the requirements for an application via personas and scenarios;
— Translating business and user requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts in various sketching tools;
— Engaging with stakeholder to get further feedback, delivering new ideations and iterations on sketches;
— Creating navigation flows, experience maps and other relevant artifacts to better specify the information architecture of the application you are designing;
— Fast prototyping allowing to further test all the hypotheses with internal and external stakeholders;
— Working within a selected template design guideline, incorporating user interface design standards across the application, as needed;
— Communicating design strategy and rationale to team and other key stakeholders;
— Handling multiple projects and work quickly without sacrificing quality;
— You will be working with developers, business owners, project managers and lead design strategy and experience across the enterprise.
