Senior Demand Generation Specialist
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive high-intent inbound opportunities and pipeline growth. In this role, you will own the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns, email nurturing programs, and customer-centric initiatives focused on lead generation and ROI. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align efforts and ensure marketing investment translates into a qualified pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing
- Strong expertise in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Experience managing and optimizing nurturing campaigns and lifecycle workflows
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills (GA4, campaign dashboards, attribution models)
- Proven ability to drive pipeline through intent-based marketing and digital channels
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills
English- Upper-Intermediate high.
Nice to Have:
- Background in IT or B2B tech industry
- Familiarity with ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) and personalization strategies
- Experience running customer engagement or retention-focused campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Planning. Design, launch, and optimize multi-touch marketing campaigns across digital (LinkedIn, Google Search, Programmatic), content, and email channels to generate qualified leads and drive measurable pipeline.
- Paid Digital. Develop and manage paid media strategy to attract high-intent buyers across priority industries and geos. Includes keyword strategy, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and performance reporting.
- Email Nurturing. Create and implement effective email nurturing programs tailored to different buyer journeys and ICP segments to support lead qualification and engagement.
