Head of Payment

We are an international product company in the iGaming industry with a robust presence in global markets. As part of our ongoing expansion and commitment to excellence, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Payment to join our dynamic team.

 

Requirements:

  • A background of at least 3+ years in payments, processing, or billing, with prior experience in a Head/Lead position;
  • Demonstrated track record of successful operations monitoring, compliance, and integration;
  • Experience in identifying, negotiating, and developing relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs);
  • Proven expertise in optimizing PSP channel costs;
  • Familiarity with markets in Latin America, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Europe, and Asia;
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making;
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  • Outstanding organizational, multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic vision for the Payments department;
  • Oversee and enhance internal processes and procedures within the Payments team;
  • Evaluate the efficiency of existing payment methods through quality control processes;
  • Research and implement new payment solutions in line with business needs;
  • Monitor PSP performance by analyzing financial data to maintain a high acceptance rate;
  • Optimize the reconciliation process;
  • Conduct payment testing for both new and existing geographies served by the company;
  • Analyze and monitor payment conversion rates across new and existing geographies for continuous improvement;
  • Perform A/B testing to identify the most effective concepts and user flow theories;
  • Collaborate closely with the finance, technical, and customer support departments;
  • Manage onboarding for new PSPs and collaborate with the Legal department as needed;
  • Facilitate the opening of bank accounts to meet the company's financial requirements.
