SMM + Targeting Specialist (B2B, Automotive Sector)

We’re looking for someone who can combine creative content with precision ad targeting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn);
  • Create and adapt content for a professional B2B audience;
  • Integrate content into sales and marketing funnels: posts, stories, reels, retargeting;
  • Set up and optimize ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads);
  • Run A/B tests on creatives and hypotheses, optimize for CPL, CAC, ROAS;
  • Engage with followers: comments, DMs, building brand trust.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in targeted advertising;
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and the automotive industry is a plus;
  • Strong copywriting skills, sense of visual design, basic design tools (Canva, Figma);
  • Familiarity with segmentation, retargeting, funnel strategies;
  • Responsible, creative, and results-oriented.
