Chief Technical Officer (offline)
Skills must have:
- 5+ years of practical experience in Web and Mobile development (PHP, JS, Node js, React);
- Experience in leading a team of engineers, including QA and Tech Leaders, (in CTO or similar technical leadership role);
- Experience in Scrum, Agile methodologies, JIRA;
- Experience of building web-based applications, good understanding of modern web technology stack;
- Practical experience with highload projects and big data;
- Understanding technical debt, when and how to fix it;
- Deep understanding of the outsourcing business;
- Ability to transfer business and customers needs to technology;
- Solid understanding of SDLC;
- Knowledge of how to build great development process and improve it;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
You will:
- Be a member of the agile product development team;
- Responsible for creating or selecting the most appropriate architecture for a system (or systems). Inspires, mentor, and encouragement to apply intelligently customized industry's best practices;
- Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility;
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and Tech Leaders;
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility;
- Lead and drive delivery, providing visibility of progress and performance;
- Conduct research and solve challenging engineering tasks (RND);
- Involved in the developing and executing of the business strategy;
- Involved in the creation of KPI.
