Responsibilities
● Communication with teams and product owners
● Mentoring and developing of team members
● Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions in accordance with the needs and objectives of projects
● Providing effective decisions related to team’s work and goal achievements
● Ensure smooth implementation of the features by helping PO to write clean and full requirements
● Constant improvements through Scrum process

Requirements
● Solid knowledge and experience in software development life cycle (game dev)
● 5+ years of experience in software development (.NET or Unity3D is a plus)
● Experience with game live operations (production releases, support)
● Excellent project management experience (planning, ability to resolve issues, communication with teams and PO)
● Upper-intermediate English
● Good knowledge and experience in Scrum
● Knowledge of Management 3.0 principles is a plus
