Sales Manager (Web3)

Our client is building the backbone of blockchain: fast, secure, scalable infrastructure for the next generation of Web3 apps. The company helps founders and developers launch products faster by providing DevOps and staking infrastructure trusted across the TON, Solana, and Sui ecosystems. We're a small team and looking for key people to join our vision.
 

Now they’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s ready to grow into Head of Sales – someone sharp, ambitious, and obsessed with closing meaningful deals.

They’re not hiring an employee. They’re hiring a partner in growth.
 

What You'll Do

  • Own the Pipeline: Hunt and qualify high-potential clients in Web3 (DeFi, GameFi, infra, VCs).
  • Close Smart: Run the full sales cycle: outreach > calls > offers > onboarding.
  • Use AI as your sidekick: Apply tools like Generect, reply.io, and CRM automation (NetHunt) to scale your outreach.
  • Refine the Playbook: Help build the sales engine from scratch, test hypotheses, iterate fast.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep an eye on Web3 trends, players, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Founders: Shape GTM strategy directly with the leadership team.
     

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of B2B tech sales experience (Web3, SaaS, fintech, infra).
  • Strong English (B2+ or better): You can pitch clearly, think fast, and write sharp.
  • Comfortable talking to technical founders & devs (our ICP).
  • Love testing new tools & AI to find smart ways to win clients.
  • Crave growth: you want to become Head of Sales within 6–12 months.
  • Act fast, don’t wait for permission, and own your results

Bonus Points If You…

  • Have a network in crypto (founders, builders, investors).
  • Sold to DevOps, infra, staking, or blockchain teams.
  • Used advanced tooling for outbound (Apollo, Lemlist, etc.).
  • Have strong ideas on how AI will change B2B sales.
