Role Mission:
Ensure consistent and profitable growth of new users for Skylum products across existing and new acquisition channels in the global market. The goal is to drive a 200% year-over-year increase in monthly sales from new audiences within the first 6 months β while maintaining target CAC and improving payback period.
Expected Results:
- Achieve a 200% increase in revenue from new paying users within the first 6 months compared to the same period last year.
- Deliver positive ROAS for Mobile PPC while scaling the ad spend MoM.
- Shorten the payback period for new customers by working closely with the Product team to improve LTV, optimize the acquisition funnel, and increase traffic quality.
- Launch at least 2 new effective acquisition channels (e.g., TikTok Ads, mobile CPA networks, native advertising) with proven positive unit economics within the first 6 months.
- Build a transparent reporting system for evaluating acquisition team and channel performance, enabling weekly self-serve analytics with access for the CMO and executive team.
- Successful management of the biggest marketing sub department
Key Competencies:
- Performance marketing expertise β strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and affiliate marketing platforms.
- Analytical mindset β deep understanding of unit economics and experience working with tools like Tableau, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, and ad platform analytics (Meta, TikTok, Google).
- Leadership β proven ability to coach, challenge, and scale high-performing teams; readiness to lead the largest sub-department within the marketing organization.
- Product- and ROI-oriented thinking β strong understanding of product value and desire to influence product development to drive returns.
- Agility and speed β ability to quickly adapt to market shifts and translate changes into actionable direction for the team.
- Entrepreneurial drive β initiative, ownership in decision-making, and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
- Cross-functional collaboration β effective cooperation with other marketing leads, Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
- AI fluency β confident use of at least two or more AI tools in marketing, research, or productivity workflows.
- English language - level not lower than B2+
