Hard skills requirements (including years):

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with at least a few years of hands-on experience with the Spryker Commerce OS
• Proven ability to architect, develop, and scale backend systems in a modular, enterprise-level e-commerce environment
• Strong understanding of headless commerce, microservices, and domain-driven design
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Solid knowledge of MySQL or similar relational databases
• Understanding of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment processes

• A strong business sense and ability to collaborate with leadership and non-technical stakeholders on highly visible projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend solutions using Spryker

• Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and architectural decisions
