Support Engineer (SQL) (offline)

We are looking for engineers to support business process flows (investigation, optimization) as well as design and implementation of new ones with decision engine used as its base in different industries.

Responsibilities:
3-tier support line function
Monitor existing solution (failed contract workflows, possible issues with 3rd parties)
Analyze and recover failed contracts

General skills and qualifications:
Structured thinker, attention to details
Basics in computer systems architecture (client server, 3-tier)
Desire to learn new things and start in fintech

Technical background:
Strong SQL skills
Basics in any programming language
Basics of networking and http
