Senior SMM-manager Offline

We are looking for a creative, proactive, skilled and experienced SMM.

Responsibilities (some of them will be shared with the current SMM specialist):

  • Develop a media plan considering upcoming product events and the overall marketing strategy of the company
  • Oversee and strategically manage the brand's presence on social media, ensuring its recognition and alignment with the marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with designers and motion designers to create creative and viral content that boosts audience engagement and brand awareness
  • Develop and write texts for social media posts, adapting them to the target audience and the brand's communication strategy
  • Manage and administer social media platforms (Facebook, Discord, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp), ensuring regular content updates, audience interaction, and alignment with the overall marketing strategy
  • Monitor key engagement and conversion metrics on social media, analyze results, and propose solutions to improve communication effectiveness
  • Coordinate and supervise community management, ensuring effective audience engagement and support for the brand image (if a separate manager is available)
  • Participate in negotiations and conclude collaboration agreements with thematic public pages to expand reach and strengthen the brand’s position


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in SMM
  • At least 1 year of experience working in international markets (outside Ukraine and the CIS)
  • Fluent written English
  • High level of independence and strong self-organization skills, enabling effective task execution without constant supervision
  • Strong creativity, initiative, and responsibility in completing work tasks, with the ability to propose and implement non-standard solutions


Would be an advantage:

  • Experience playing CS2 or Dota 2, understanding of game mechanics and communities, enabling effective interaction with the target audience
  • Experience in GameDev, understanding the specifics of the gaming industry, market trends, and interaction with gamer communities
  • Ability to create live and natural communication with the audience, interacting as with like-minded people and friends, not just statistics
  • Understanding of and practical experience using platforms such as Snapchat, Discord, WhatsApp, Twitch for communication, content marketing, and audience engagement
  • Experience working with B2C products aimed at a young audience, including an understanding of their needs, behavior, and effective communication channels
