Sales Manager (Fintech)

We’re looking for an accomplished sales professional ready to make a real impact and help us expand further across global markets, help scale our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and secure high-value clients.

With multicurrency IBANs, merchant solutions, mass payments and cards issuance — all under one platform and one contract — PayDo is the go-to payment solution for seamless local and international transactions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by contributing to strategy development and execution.
- Acquire new B2B clients by nurturing warm leads and turning them into successful partnerships.
- Identify and engage large potential clients, from outreach to closing deals.
- Research target industries to offer tailored, effective solutions for each potential client.
- Confidently pitch PayDo’s products to potential clients, demonstrating how we can meet their needs.
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospects to explore their business challenges and introduce our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Support, Compliance, and Operations teams to improve products and uncover new opportunities.
- Keep our CRM (Zendesk Sell) up to date with your sales activities, and provide regular progress updates to the Head of Department.
- Meet and exceed your weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Visiting iGaming events like IGB, ICE, SBC, Sigma and others.
What We’re Looking For:
- Motivated, proactive, and results-driven professional with a strong work ethic.
- 2+ years of experience in international B2B sales, ideally within FinTech.
- Fast learner, able to quickly grasp new products and solutions.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude and hunger for new challenges.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network and ability to open doors with enterprise clients.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working with high-risk industries like iGaming, Crypto, or Forex.
- Background in FinTech, payments or financial services.
