INFOBUS.EU is a leading platform for online bus, rail, and air ticket sales across Europe. Our mission is to make every journey accessible, comfortable, and memorable โ from search to checkout and beyond.
We are now building our analytics department from scratch and are looking for a Head of Analytics to lead this transformation โ from selecting the tech stack and strategy to hiring and mentoring the team.
Your Role
Strategy & Team Building
- Define a vision and analytics strategy that supports business growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain reporting systems and dashboards for B2C and B2B products.
- Build and lead a cross-functional analytics team: product, marketing, finance, BI.
- Manage team performance, quality of deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
Infrastructure & Tools
- Design and implement data collection, storage, and processing systems (ETL, DWH).
- Integrate web/mobile/app/CDP/CRM/marketing systems into a unified analytics framework.
- Configure and optimize tools: Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, GTM, sGTM.
Business Intelligence & Insight
- Monitor user behavior, funnels, segmentation, and key KPIs.
- Plan and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize UX/UI.
- Develop predictive models (LTV, churn, cohorts) to support long-term product strategy.
- Deliver strategic insights to support decision-making across departments.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to frame and test hypotheses.
- Automate recurring reports to increase data accessibility and reduce manual work.
- Build self-service analytics solutions to empower teams with on-demand insights.
- Promote a strong data culture across the company.
What We Expect
- 5+ years in analytics, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience building an analytics function from scratch.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce or travel KPIs and user behavior.
- Advanced proficiency with tools: GA, Firebase, Appsflyer/Adjust, GTM/sGTM.
- Solid SQL skills (BigQuery, MySQL, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- English: Intermediate or higher (written & spoken).
- Experience working with international markets is a plus.
