Support Manager Offline
We are a modern online project with an international audience, where user experience, response speed, and security play a key role. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Support Manager to help us maintain a high level of service.
Work format: Remote
Responsibilities:
— Handle incoming user requests via LiveChat
— Assist with technical, general, and payment-related inquiries
— Provide guidance on platform functionality, bonus policies, and verification procedures
— Escalate complex cases to relevant teams
— Contribute to the improvement of internal support processes
Requirements:
— English proficiency at B2 level or higher
— Stress resistance and strong attention to detail
— Technical literacy, understanding of blockchain fundamentals
— Experience in iGaming is preferred but not mandatory
— Experience with LiveChat or similar systems is a plus
