Key Responsibilities:

  • English speaking with 100% German understanding
  • Minimum 3 Years Experience as CRM/Retention Manager in Gambling ( provide title and platform )
  • CRM & Loyalty Strategies โ€“ Experience in managing customer data and creating personalized campaigns.
  • Data Analysis โ€“ Understanding and analyzing metrics like LTV (Lifetime Value) and player behavior.
  • Segmentation โ€“ Ability to create targeted campaigns based on player behavior and preferences.
  • Bonus Management โ€“ Experience in creating, optimizing, and managing bonus structures while preventing abuse.
  • Email, SMS โ€“ Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Regulations & Compliance โ€“ Understanding licensing requirements related to bonuses and marketing.
  • Creativity โ€“ Designing engaging campaigns and loyalty programs that stand out.
  • Communication Skills โ€“ Collaborating effectively with the affiliate manager, customer support, VIP
  • Problem-Solving โ€“ Quickly identifying why players leave and finding solutions.
