Web Analyst / Web Analytics Specialist
We are looking for a Web Analytics Specialist to help us build and optimize an effective web analytics system for our digital products. Your main focus will be the configuration and optimization of tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads, as well as generating insights to support marketing and product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Set up and configure Google Analytics 4: events, goals, funnels, audiences.
- Deploy and manage Google Tag Manager: implement tags, triggers, and variables.
- Integrate analytics with Google Ads: conversion tracking, remarketing, attribution.
- Build custom reports and dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with current analytics configurations.
- Segment and interpret data to support the marketing and product teams.
- Continuously improve tracking architecture to increase marketing performance visibility.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in web analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of GA4, including event-based tracking and BigQuery integration.
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager: custom scripts, debugging tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and conversion tracking.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript (for tag implementation).
- Ability to create reports and visualizations in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
