Reactivation Manager

Pin-Up Global is looking for a proactive and data-driven Player Reactivation Manager to join our international Retention & CRM team. As we continue to expand our global presence in the iGaming and betting industry, re-engaging inactive users and reducing churn has become one of our top priorities. We are looking for a specialist who understands the dynamics of the player lifecycle and knows how to build effective reactivation campaigns using personalized communication, data insights, and modern CRM tools. Requirements:
- Proven experience in the gambling industry, iGaming, betting, or related fields;
- Solid understanding of the player lifecycle and key churn drivers;
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, email marketing, push notifications, and SMS campaigns;
- Proficiency with analytics tools for audience segmentation and campaign performance evaluation;
- Strong A/B testing skills to identify optimal reactivation strategies;
- Experience collaborating with Retention, VIP, and Customer Support teams;
- Excellent data analysis skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to reactivate churned or inactive players;
- Segment the player base by churn reasons and create tailored reactivation campaigns;
- Optimize communication channels (email, push, SMS, call center, etc.);
- Work with bonuses and personalized offers to drive player reactivation;
- Analyze the effectiveness of reactivation campaigns and apply improvements;
- Design trigger-based mechanics for player return at various lifecycle stages;
- Collaborate with Analytics and BI teams to identify churn patterns;
- Work closely with the Product team to resolve issues contributing to player churn.
