Web3 Business Development Manager (Ecosystem Partnerships)
Role Overview
As a leading proprietary trading firm and fair MEV market maker, Peanut Trade is expanding its Sales & BD team and seeking a Web3 Business Development Manager (Ecosystem Partnerships) to build and scale our global partnership network across crypto funds, incubators, accelerators, exchanges, market makers, marketing agencies, KOL networks, and other institutional ecosystem players.
The role is fully focused on ecosystem partnerships — building long-term relationships, expanding the firm’s market presence, driving lead generation, and creating strategic opportunities across the crypto landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and develop long-term relationships with VCs, crypto funds, incubators, accelerators, exchanges, launchpads, KOLs, KOL managers, MM teams, trading desks, marketing agencies, and ecosystem connectors
• Actively source new partners while maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships
• Conduct intro calls, discovery sessions, and partner presentations (both online and offline)
• Participate in global crypto conferences, side events, and networking sessions
• Collaborate closely with internal sales, research, and marketing teams to structure partnership deal flow
• Present Peanut Trade’s market making, trading, and token launch solutions to partners and ecosystem stakeholders
• Identify and create co-investment, co-marketing, joint business, and cross-referral opportunities
• Support brand positioning and business development efforts via strategic partnerships
Mandatory Requirements
• Strong understanding of the crypto industry and ecosystem players
• Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
• Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
• 1-3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem roles in crypto
• Existing network across funds, exchanges, launchpads, incubators, KOL networks, or marketing agencies is a strong advantage
• Readiness to travel to major crypto events and conferences
