Web3 Business Development Manager (Sales) Offline

Role Overview

As a leading proprietary trading firm and fair MEV market maker, Peanut Trade is expanding its Sales & BD team and seeking a Web3 Business Development Manager (Sales) to drive new client acquisition, solution selling, and deal structuring across token projects and partnerships.

This is a full-cycle sales role with a direct focus on sourcing, closing, and managing deals.
 

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Actively source and onboard new token projects for market making services
β€’ Handle both inbound leads and outbound prospecting
β€’ Conduct intro calls, discovery sessions, and client presentations
β€’ Present Peanut Trade’s market making, trading and token launch solutions
β€’ Build strong relationships and develop your own network of leads, partners, token teams, founders, and advisors
β€’ Lead full sales cycle: qualification β†’ deal structuring β†’ negotiation β†’ closing β†’ handover to execution teams
β€’ Maintain long-term client relationships and drive ongoing cooperation
β€’ Participate in global crypto conferences, side events, and networking sessions
β€’ Collaborate closely with internal trading, research, execution, and legal teams to structure client solutions

Mandatory Requirements
β€’ Strong understanding of crypto markets and ability to quickly grasp market making business specifics (onboarding included)
β€’ Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
 

Preferred Qualifications
β€’ 1-3+ years of experience in sales or business development
β€’ Experience in deal sourcing, outbound sales, and B2B deal closing
β€’ Existing network across token projects, exchanges, VCs, or advisors
β€’ Readiness to travel to major crypto events and conferences
