What Experience Is Important to Us: 

3+ years as a Casino Product Manager

🍓 Deep understanding of KPIs: GGR, NGR, LTV, Bonus Cost

🍓 Strong A/B testing, UX/UI, segmentation & CJM skills

🍓 Hands-on with GA, Hotjar, Power BI

🍓 Solid knowledge of CIS market, PSPs & providers

🍓 Team leadership experience, platform feature ownership

🍓 Results-oriented, agile, with excellent communication skills

Ukrainian or russian language is a must

What You Will Do:

🧑‍💻 Lead the product team for the CIS region

🦾 Monitor payment performance, core metrics & competitors

🦾 Launch and optimize features, bonuses, tournaments

🦾 Analyze player behavior (Webvisor, UX feedback)

🦾 Conduct A/B tests, deliver insights via Power BI

🦾 Work closely with CRM, Retention & Support teams

🦾 Manage backlogs, create specs, mockups & priorities
