UX Content Writer

We’re looking for a UX Content Writer who’s ready to take ownership, shape the product, and bring their ideas to the table.
What you’ll do:
- Take full ownership of UX writing across core user flows – from onboarding to tooltips to transactional messages and error states
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape new product flows with clear, consistent, and user-focused copy
- Write, test, and iterate on copy that supports conversions, guides users intuitively, and builds trust in complex user journeys
- Conduct UX copy audits to identify and eliminate friction points caused by unclear or inconsistent messaging
- Work with UX researchers to develop and test hypotheses around copy impact (e.g., A/B tests for CTAs, microcopy variations, etc)
- Maintain and continuously refine a UX writing system and knowledge base
About your experience & Required skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in UX writing or product content design
- Proven ability to own the copy side of complex product workstreams, not just follow a content brief
- Excellent written English (B2+), with a focus on clarity, tone, and brevity
- Strong understanding of UX principles and how language impacts user behavior
- Ability to collaborate closely with researchers and designers and apply insights from user testing, UX research, and data
- Analytical mindset and a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working in an environment with shifting priorities and product iterations

Do you work with sole proprietorship (FOP) or gig contracts?
We collaborate through a Ukrainian FOP model or B2B contracts for specialists based in other countries.
Can I work remotely or from another country?
Yes. We understand the importance of being safe.
Do you cooperate with Russia and its citizens?
No. Our company was founded in 2014, and even then, we understood that Russia is an aggressor country, and we do not want to have any relations with it.
