Senior Product (UX/UI) Designer

We are a product R&D company that creates solutions for the dynamic iGaming Ecosystem.

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) who will manage our product’s UI and UX dimensions in the IGaming industry.

You will navigate ambiguous projects and collaborate closely with the product team and business analysts to define roadmaps and goals.

 

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design and a deep understanding of the iGaming industry.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Design portfolio showcasing experience with iGaming projects. Cases for desktop/mobile.
• Proficiency in working with Figma professionally (auto-layouts, component-based interface design, styles).
• Prototyping in Figma.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and substantiate your design hypotheses.
• Experience with product metrics that help make confident product decisions. Lead quantitative and qualitative research.
• Results-oriented and proactive team player.
• Upper-intermediate English level is a must.

Responsibilities

Strategy:

• Collaborate with product managers to understand and translate the product vision into compelling design concepts.
• Define project requirements.
• Handle execution and prioritization of complex features.

Craft:

• Balances existing visual and UX patterns with platform-specific patterns to ensure a consistent, intuitive experience.
• Create simple, elegant solutions to complex interaction problems.
• Create prototypes fluently and quickly.

Collaboration:

• Present work with polish and confidence.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders, and manage their expectations.
• Care less about “being right” and more about helping your team move forward.
• Handle feedback and know when to change direction vs. staying the course.

You will work on:

• Mobile app
• Desktop betting platform
• Improve current features and functionality like betslip, outrights, etc.
   

Interview Stages:

1. HR Interview (45 minutes) — Initial conversation to discuss your experience, career goals, and cultural fit.
2. Interview with head of Design (1 hour)
3. WhiteBoard session(1.5 hours)
4. Final Interview (1 hour) — A comprehensive discussion with the team, focusing on role-specific competencies and alignment with company values.
