Project Manager (UA only)
Position Overview
Klik Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing Project Management Office (PMO). Under the leadership of the PMO Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of cross-functional projects. This position requires strong project management skills, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of assigned projects across various departments (IT, operations, client onboarding, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, risk management strategies, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate efforts with other Project Managers and the PMO Manager to maintain project portfolio health and consistency.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide timely updates and progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with the PMO.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) to track deliverables and manage workflows.
- Support the standardization of project methodologies and documentation in alignment with PMO best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and proactive project environment focused on delivery and excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or professional services.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in or with a structured PMO is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with service delivery models, managed IT services, or technology consulting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PM tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
