We're looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience who will own the email channel end-to-end and will significantly impact our growth trajectory.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an end-to-end email marketing strategy.
  • Own the full process: segmentation, copywriting, visual briefing, A/B testing, deliverability monitoring, and reporting.
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance using data insights and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align messaging with product updates, user behavior, and business goals.
  • Monitor key metrics (OR, CTR, CR, churn, etc.) and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and engaged subscriber list to ensure high deliverability and compliance with regulations.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing (ideally in product tech or mobile app companies).
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and user journey mapping.
  • Experience with ESPs like Customer.io, MailChimp, eSputnik, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to write concise, conversion-oriented marketing copy in English.
  • Solid analytical skills and experience running A/B tests, interpreting campaign data, and drawing actionable insights.
  • Attention to detail and ownership mindset.
