Team Lead of Affiliate
Key skills:
• 5-7 years experience with strong background in gambling/iGaming;
• Experience in the position Team Lead of Affiliates from 2 years;
• You possess demonstrated experience and proficiency in managing teams of 10+ individuals;
• You are well-versed in various employee motivation methodologies and performance evaluation frameworks;
• You have a clear vision and the ability to effectively advocate for your strategic direction;
• Deep understanding of South Asian (IN, BD) gambling landscape;
• Strategic thinker, a strong leader, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment;
• You have a history of successfully driving affiliate revenue growth and achieving targets;
• Data-driven approach to deriving actionable insights;
• You are comfortable with numbers, skilled at maintaining statistics, and understand the root causes behind metrics;
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency;
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Auditing and monitoring partner performance and KPI fulfillment;
• Reactivating dormant partnerships;
• Development of a strategy for the region together with the CMO;
• Constant monitoring of Global markets in search of new solutions to attract partners;
• Management and monitoring of the implementation of the affiliate team in the Asian market (IN, BD);
• Mentoring and adapting new managers;
• Regular testing of funnels to improve the conversion of partner results;
• Participation in the development of retention strategies to increase partner conversion;
• Regular interaction with departments: marketing, CRM, Data, etc.
